Your Job Koch-Glitsch, part of Koch Engineered Solutions in Wichita, KS, is seeking a
Data Entry and Document Control Coordinator . The role involves handling document requests, maintaining records with document management software, aiding in file migrations, audits, and supporting team members. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, safety-focused, and engaged in manufacturing and operations. VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with commercial teams to enter new orders into ERP systems, exercising attention to detail and data integrity.
- Use both internal and external document control systems to manage document submittals and returns with external customer and keep projects updated.
- Work with Project Managers to ensure orders are maintained correctly in ERP systems.
- Maintain continuity of digital files to ensure naming standards, appropriate file locations, format standardization.
- Migrating engineering hard files to electronic files.
- Cross train with other team members in all aspects of order entry and order maintenance activities.
- Remain flexible to assist with other data entry and/or data clean up tasks.
- Transforming and learning new systems and software.
- Working independently and in a team environment.
- Effectively communicate, both verbal and written to others which includes external customers.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)- Ability to read and understand document specifications
- Working knowledge and experience with MS Office products
- Experience supporting cross functional teams
What Will Put You Ahead - Experience using ERP software and systems
- Experience working in an engineered to order environment
- Data entry experience
