Endzert is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. • Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and timely escalation of concerns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective customer support
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to customer satisfaction and retention, and develop strategies to address these risks
• Analyze customer data and feedback to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer success initiatives
• Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction, retention, and growth targets, and contribute to the overall success of the company

• 0-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform business decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
