Total Compensation Range: $75K - $85K.
Qualified candidates will be responsible for the contract management for the company. This includes maintaining the database, contract review, and drafting while collaborating closely with various internal departments to support business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Maintain, manage, and organize contracts in the contract management tool.
Compare documents, draft, review, research, and provide organizational assistance to in-house attorney in the negotiation of customer and vendor agreements and other commercial transaction documents.
Perform research and support activities to assist legal team. Must be proactive and able to identify issues, legal risks, and potential liabilities.
Manage the review and approval process of contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including version control, formatting, and workflow.
Manage multiple priorities, track extensive detail, and deliver within tight deadlines
Demonstrate ability to be a team player and self-starter with drive and initiative.
Handles confidential information professionally and consistent with legal and ethical policies.
Collaborate across functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
What you need:
At least 5 years of experience in relevant corporate paralegal experience with an emphasis on managing contract databases.
Advanced computer skills to prepare complex correspondence, reports, charts, tables, graphs, and forms.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, DocuSign, and Adobe Acrobat Professional with the ability to adapt to new technology.
Superior writing and oral communication skills.
Excellent time management skills, attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
Must be self-motivated and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
Must have the ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently.
High integrity, great judgment, positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence.
Associate degree or equivalent experience.
Paralegal certification required.
The work schedule is hybrid with one day in the office, however, additional days on-site may be required based on business needs.
