Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to oversee critical legal and organizational functions. This role combines legal expertise ensuring compliance and effective coordination of corporate activities. You will play a pivotal role in managing documentation, contracts, and regulatory requirements while supporting leadership with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in legal and compliance-related roles.
• 5+ years of experience in law and corporate field.
• Successful completion of background and compliance checks.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage legal correspondence and corporate documentation.
• Oversee the filing of corporate reports and compliance documents with government entities.
• Conduct legal research to ensure the organization adheres to all applicable regulations.
• Act as a liaison between internal leadership and external legal advisors.
• Maintain and organize corporate legal records for subsidiaries and associated entities.
• Evaluate contracts and agreements to ensure they align with company policies and objectives.
• Support the leadership team with document preparation, project coordination, and operational needs.
• Monitor and update internal compliance protocols and standard procedures.
