Job Summary:
As a Client Success and Relationship Manager at DentistOffices.com, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through both warm and cold outreach. This role is ideal for a driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. You will receive a base salary and have the opportunity to earn a high commission based on the deals you close, making this a lucrative position for those with a strong work ethic and dedication to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Outreach:
Conduct warm and cold outreach to potential clients (dental offices and practitioners).
Utilize various methods such as phone calls, emails, and social media to connect with potential leads.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
Sales Presentations:
Effectively present and promote DentistOffices.com services to prospective clients.
Conduct virtual meetings and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of partnering with our platform.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients for specific packages.
Close deals and ensure successful onboarding of new clients.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Track and report on sales performance metrics.
Collaboration:
Work closely with our team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Provide feedback and insights to help refine our sales strategies and product offerings.
Qualifications:
Experience in sales is a plus, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to train the right person.
Ability to conduct effective cold outreach and handle rejection.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
Knowledge of the dental industry is a plus but not required.
