Job Description

Class A drivers with at least 6 months verifiable experience run dedicated account on lease purchase that is no money down, no credit check and you will own the truck in 4 years

· Drivers paid $1.06 + FSC (currently $.59CPM) and $275 Unload Pay

o Drivers are home weekly and will run    KY, VA, WV, OH, IN, TN, AL, GA, NC and SC

· Trucks are primarily freightlinters with some Internationals (very limited and can not be guaranteed). Weekly pay for the truck is based on the miles on the truck. The expenses are as follows:

• Tractor payment including insurance is about $750/WK
• Fuel expense will average $597/WK (this does not include the $.05CPM fuel discount)
• For maintenance escrow is based on mileage on the truck and ranges from .09-.12CPM
• After all expenses are deducted drivers can expect to make a steady weekly income of $1285-$1480/WK. This is steady dedicated freight with weekly home time.

·500,000 power train warranty for all trucks

· Drivers will train for one week with a current driver on the account and then run on their own. During training the driver will make $150/Day

· Drivers can have a pet and rider first day after training.

· NOTE: THIS IS 100% TOUCH FREIGHT AT DELIVERY. ALL PICK UPS AT DC ARE HOOK AND GO BUT ALL DELIVERIES HAVE DRIVER PUTTING BOXES ON CONVEYER – DRIVER DOES NOT DO ANYTHING AFTER BOXES ON CONVEYER-PUTTING BOXES AWAY RESPONSIBILITY OF STORE PERSONNEL

PLEASE NOTE THAT CAN NOT ACCEPT ANY DRIVERS WHO HAVE FAILED A DOT DRUG TEST OR HAS BEEN TERMINATED FROM THEIR LAST JOB.

Qualifications: 

·6 months verifiable Class A driving experience in the last 36 months

· No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last 12 months 

· Can never have failed or refused a DOT Drug/Alcohol test – no SAP drivers.

· No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years 

· No more than two DOT Recordable Preventable in the last 3 years (may NOT have an accident of a U-Turn in CMV in the last 24 months and no fatalities in the last 5 years 

· For major moving violations (15+, following too close, reckless/careless) no more than one in the last 12 months 

· Max number of jobs based on experience:

·6-12 months no more than 5 jobs in the last 36 months 

·12-24 months no more than 7 jobs in the last 36 months

·24+ no more than 9 jobs in the last 36 months 

Drivers can pay more on the truck and actually own the truck in 4 years depending on the age and mileage of the truck. Best of all, this is steady predictable freight and you don’t have to worry about what is available on the OTR board. You have your freight every day.
