Duration: 8+ Months Contract
Location: Pasadena, CA (Must be local to Southern CA)
Salary: $65.00/Hourly

Primary Skills: Business Analysis
Role Description: The Business Consultant must have 3-5+ years of experience.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 3-5 or advanced degree/training in the field.
- Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: Epic, healthcare, process improvement, data analysis and insights generation, PDSA cycles.
- Top Three things you will be doing: Data analysis, insights generation, beautiful visuals that tell the story, communications, working with business owners to develop communication plans, performance improvement tracking and trending.
- Top Three Skillsets needed - data science, analytics, process improvement, action plan development, tracking improvement.
- Top Three things you will be doing: Project management, Data analytics and reporting for Emergency room while keeping leadership and stakeholders updated weekly.
- Top Three Skillsets needed: Excel, PowerPoint, Data Analytics.
- Must be familiar with hospital coding and billing practices.
Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum 3-5+ years of experience
Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
Travel: Partially remote with on-site meetings. Flexibility to be onsite twice a week as needed.

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
