Semper SolR, a veteran-owned company is seeking a dedicated Appointment Setter to join our team. With a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000, this role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development in a fast-paced environment. You will be an integral part of our team, responsible for scheduling appointments face-to-face and contributing to our company's success. As an Appointment Setter at Semper SolR, you will play a crucial role in our operations by connecting with potential clients and setting up appointments for our sales team. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will help us maintain strong client relationships and drive business growth. Schedule appointments for potential clients face to face to meet with sales representatives.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and offering solutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and appointments in the company's database.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment setting targets to support the sales team's goals.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize scheduling and ensure a smooth handoff of appointments.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in cold calling, customer service, renewable energy and/or sales.
Clear communication skills.
Customer empathy.
Team player and motivated to learn.
