Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our network and driving growth through new business and partnership acquisition. Key Responsibilities:

- Business and Partner Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients and partners through prospecting, qualifying, and contract negotiations.
- Target Client Identification: Develop strategies to target specific clients and segments for our platform.
- Partnership Development: Generate and execute new partnerships, including negotiating contracts and evaluating proposals.
- Partner Onboarding: Provide sales and product training to new partners to ensure their success.
- Partner Management: Maintain an accurate pipeline and weekly reporting of partner activities.
- Drive Partner Success: Visit partners and prospects as necessary, and represent the company at local events and exhibitions.
- Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
- Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with strategic technology partners to negotiate business terms and dissect contracts, coordinating with administration, marketing, and legal teams as needed.
- Business Development: Drive new business revenues from financial institutions and explore new affinity markets.
- Product Offering Development: Identify and develop product offerings that meet the needs of our clients and their customers.
- Leadership Engagement: Conduct regular reviews with senior leadership to promote partnerships and ensure appropriate resources are allocated for success.
- Sales Team Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets and foster a positive team culture.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Development or Head of Sales role.
- Proven experience in the full-cycle B2B sales process, including onboarding, integration, and partnership management.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Strong closing skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
- Deep understanding of the FinTech and stablecoin landscape.
- Solid B2B sales experience with knowledge of third-party distribution channel management.
- Experience in selling API solutions to affinity partners.
- Ability to collaborate with product teams to drive API feature adoption.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and best practices for selling partner solutions.
- Serve as a technical liaison between B2B, service engineering, and business teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on driving growth.
- Comfortable in a transparent and politically neutral work culture.
