**Hello!**

We are a friendly, small commercial and residential painting company seeking a temporary Digital Receptionist to help us through the end of our busy season. This role is primarily work-from-home, with the exception of an in-person final interview and occasional in-person meetings. We are looking for local candidates from the Boise or Treasure Valley area.

**Responsibilities:**

- **Communication:** Answer phone calls with a polite and friendly demeanor, and manage the company's email inbox, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- **Scheduling:** Coordinate appointments and manage the calendar for the owner and our painting crew. Keep customers informed of any scheduling changes.
- **Customer Management:** Maintain an up-to-date customer database, updating records as needed.
- **Administrative Support:** Assist the owner with administrative tasks and special projects as required.
- **Data Entry:** Perform light data entry tasks using our accounting software (Wave and/or QuickBooks).
- **Social Media:** Assist in creating and publishing engaging social media posts.

**Required Skills:**

- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Excellent phone skills and etiquette
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Proficiency in various social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with local landmarks and areas for effective scheduling
- A cheerful disposition and positive attitude in all interactions

**Bonus Qualifications:**

- Prior experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist
- Experience in the construction or a related field
