COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position ranges from $54,000.00 to $55,000.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Driving profitability and growth of existing and potential customers and maintaining the market center’s total managed volume. Develops the Service and Safety culture and utilizes Route Sales leadership skills in building employee performance to grow base business and enhance client partnerships. Troubleshoots and resolves safety, service, and other operational problems in collaboration with sales, service, and administrative functions. Utilizing strategic and leadership skills to facilitate employee selection, development, retention, and strong customer relationships Ensures that the Route Sales team has adequate resources to meet daily operational demands and capitalize on base business sales opportunities. As the route sales leader, manages route sales operations and has responsibility for the route sales workforce performance. Observes and rides along on routes, providing feedback and coaching to employees on improving route sales, productivity, and safety.
