Job Description Position Description: 2025 University Recruiting Co Op - ESG Strategy & Engagement The role of the Graduate Co-Op position is a unique opportunity to join our company as a contributor to the company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) efforts, helping to achieve greater sustainability, transparency and disclosure. The individual selected for this role will work under the guidance of the Executive Director, ESG Strategic Consulting in a fast-paced and changing environment.-
The ESG Strategy & Engagement team is part of Our Company's Social Business Innovation (SBI) department within Corporate Affairs. In addition to ESG, SBI includes teams focus on health equity, global impact giving, impact investing and community engagement. The ESG Strategy & Engagement team works closely with these groups as well as with senior leaders and partners in the business, including R&D, Manufacturing, Commercial Operations and Market Access, Finance, Risk Management, Corporate Strategy, Legal, Treasury, Investor Relations, Global Public Policy, and others on a day-to-day basis.
The role will serve as a member of a high-performing ESG Strategy & Engagement team, focusing on the company's commitment to operating responsibly to enable a safe, sustainable and healthy future for people and communities everywhere.
In this position, the Intern will have the opportunity to engage in several opportunities and projects in the ESG Strategy & Engagement team.- Two key opportunities include: supporting the expansion of the company's global-to-local ESG strategy initiative, and supporting activities related to the company's to preparation for regulated reporting. This work will support ESG Strategy & Engagement team's mid-term objectives: a) unifying internally to adopt a singular understanding and data-driven approach to ESG, including shared responsibility across the company globally. b) leveraging our ESG efforts to help enhance the public's trust and our reputation as a company that acts in the best interest of society.
